All puns intended, lubrication really does get you deep into the wilderness... and out. So we took note of the importance of these viscous smooth and costly liquids and are trying to wrap our heads around the idea that they will have a spot in the fixed costs... damn. Before our last oil change - which came in at a hefty 150€ - we had no recollection of the last time we changed the oil.
Problem is the list doesn't stop there... If the budget allows Alberto wants to swap out for new all remaining mechanical lubricants... transmission, diffs etc before every Expedition... basically once a year. It's a good idea, and a costly one.
We're sure some of you have more, way more, experience than we do with oil and lube changes so we would absolutely love hearing from you in the comments section. What you use, how often do you change it etc etc...
